Here is a simple guide that will let you know how to sign unsigned application.

Step One
You need to have a non-standard email address. Now what does that mean?  It means that you need an email address on a private domain and not ones like Gmail and Hotmail. If you do not have one, you can visit 2ip.com and then select an email on any domain. Once you are done with it, you can head on to the step two.

Step Two.
You need to download called GenailSIS on your computer. This can be done by searching for the GenialSIS on the web. Since lot of people search for this app on the web, chances are there you may end up downloading virus or spyware by the same name. Hence, you need to be careful and make sure you scan the downloaded GenailSIS.exe file with anti-virus or anti-spyware application.

Step Three
Install the GenialSIS app on your computer. After installation, you need to run the app and you will be asked to enter your phone’s IMEI number.  You can find the IMEI on the sticker present on the phone beneath the battery.  You can also see the IMEI number by pressing *#06# on standby. After entering IMEI number, click on generate and add a profile name and click OK.

Step Four
Visit www.symbiansigned.com and create a free account by registering on that site. During the registration process, you will be asked to enter an email address, make sure you enter the newly created ip2 email address or an email address from a private domain as stated in step one. After the registration process finishes, you need to launch the GenialSIS app. On the GenialSIS app, you will find a tab – Symbian Signed Certificate, here you need to enter the account details from the symbiansigned.com site. The next thing you need to do is click on the upload certificate option.  Enter the Captcha letters for verification and choose the download path and click on Save.

Step Five
Next to the Symbian Signed Certificate tab, you will find Sign SIS/SISX tab, click on it and then choose the files that you want to sign. Choose the profile you created and click on Sign.

By following the above steps, you can sign all your unsigned apps on your Symbian phone.
