Here is another affordable Windows Phone 7 phone – the HTC 7 Mozart. The phone looks beautiful thanks to its matte finish and the ergonomic curvature is quite pleasing. The phone measures 119 x 60.2 x 11.9 mm and weighs 130g.

HTC 7 Mozart has got a Super LCD screen that measures 3.7 inches and has got a display resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It has got amazing viewing angles and the response to touch is also impressive. If the brightness is kept to its highest setting, outdoor viewing is also good. Below the screen, you can find three capacitive buttons and above the screen, you can find a good looking speaker grill.

The power button and the 3.5 mm audio jack are located at the top of the handset. On the left are the microUSB port and the volume controller whereas on the right you can find a two stage camera button. Flipping the phone on its back will reveal the 8MP camera that comes with xenon flash. The Zune player can also play MPEG-4 and WMV files.

The phone is powered with 1 GHz Scorpion processor and Adreno 200 graphics card. It has also got 512 MB ROM and 576 MB RAM. The homescreen of Windows Phone 7 OS brings to you Live Tiles which is nothing animated shortcuts to applications. The onscreen keyboard has a good size and you will able to create messages easily through it.

The 8 megapixel autofocus camera with xenon flash snaps photos with impressive details. You can even record high resolution 720p HD video.  The Zune app lets you listen to your music files on the phone. With Dolby Mobile and SRS Surround onboard, the HTC 7 Mozart produces amazing sound output.

When it comes to internet connectivity, the HTC 7 Mozart lets you surf on web through 3G and WLAN. The Internet Explorer is a very good web browser that loads websites very quickly and lets you access features like double-tapping, and pinch-to-zoom. Bing Maps lets you to take full advantage of the onboard GPS. The HTC 7 Mozart has got a 1300 mAh battery that gives a stand-by time of 435 hours on 3G and talk time of up to 5 hours and 35 minutes on 3G.
