LG enV3 Review – Small, Cute and Powerful

LG VX9200 enV3 is the third and the latest phone in the enV3 series of phones. The target customers of these phones are those people who do not want to buy touchscreen phone.

The overall design of LG enV3 gives it a sturdy appearance. It weighs only 106 grams. The phone is quite small in size and easily fits in your hands or pockets. The external display of the phone is small (measures 1.56 inches) and has a resolution of 160 x 96 pixels. The keys on the keypad are evenly spaced which gives you the ease to write texts and emails.

On the left hand side of the phone, you will find the camera shutter, volume controller and 2.5mm audio jack. The microSD slot is placed on the right side. The microUSB port is at the bottom whereas the 3 megapixel camera can be found at the back. When you open the phone, you will see a QVGA 320 x 240 resolution display screen and a QWERTY keyboard. The display screen has a sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen based on the light levels the surroundings.

lg-env3The 3 megapixel camera is made up of Schneider-Kreuznach lens and comes with a flash. The video player can play video formats like MPEG4, 3GP, 3G2 and WMV. You can record videos at 320 x 240 resolution through which we can understand that the recorded videos will look good on the phone but not on computer. The internal speakers give amazing clarity when the phone is kept open. The multitasking music player comes with equalizer which can all the more enhance the audio output. It can play files like MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA.

The 950mAh battery of the phone gives 5.4 hours of talktime. The internal memory of LG enV3 is 120MB and  the external memory can take up to 16GB memory. Verizon’s fast EV-DO network gives you splendid browsing experience through its HTML browser (does not support Flash). Some of the other features of LG enV3 are Bluetooth, 3G, GPS, PIMs like alarm, calendar, stopwatch, world clock, notepad, converter and calculator.

The LG enV3 is very good upgrade from its predecessor LG enV2. If you are not looking forward to buy a touchscreen, you should lay your hands on the LG enV3.

    great call quality, better signal than my other phone
    It has a something that helps send messages quicker which prob contributes to better call quality.
    Its a nice looking phone
