The Samsung Wave 723 is the fourth one and is all set to charm the Bada OS fans. The phone is rectangular in shape and has curvy edges. It measures 109.5 x 53.9 x 11.8 mm and weighs 113.8g. It has got 3.2 inch capacitive LCD display that is capable of producing a display resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. The display appears to be pretty clear even if you view it under bright sunlight.

Below the display of the Samsung Wave 723, you can find three physical buttons such as Send, Menu and End. On the left side of the phone, you can find the volume controller and the display lock/power button. The camera shutter is located on the right. On the top side of the phone, you can find the microUSB port. At the rear, there is a 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash.

Samsung Wave 723 runs the newest version of the Bada OS – SDK 1.1. On the internet, you will not be able to find many third party applications for this phone. Like most of the other Samsung handsets, even the Samsung Wave has got the TouchWiz UI resting over the Bada interface. It allows you to add widgets on the home screen. The 5 megapixel camera is capable of snapping decent photos. The images are rich in color and well detailed. Thanks to the LED flash, you will be able to take decent photos even in dim lighting conditions. You can record videos at QVGA resolution at 15fps. The music player arranges all your tracks in different tabs such as all tracks, playlists, albums, etc. It is got many features like visualizations, music effects and equalizer presets. Since the loudspeaker is small, the sound output is quite feeble.

The Dolphin 2.0 web browser of Samsung Wave 723 is simple but is capable of loading heavy pages smoothly. Since it is not Flash supported, you won’t be able to play embedded videos. Samsung has not yet put up the talk time and stand-by time details of the 1200 mAh battery.
