It has been officially declared that the HTC HD Mini is the last smartphones to have the Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Professional operating system. Hence, we are skeptical as to how this phone is going to compete with other smart phones that are powered with famous operating systems like Android and Symbian. Since this phone has been named Mini, we need how mini is this phone. As per the specification, the dimension of the phone is 103.8 x 57.7 x 11.7 mm and weighs only 110g.
HTC HD Mini has a display screen of 3.2 inches is capable of display a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The touchscreen supports multi-touch. The accelerometer automatically rotates the screen when you rotate your phone horizontally and vertically. The issue with the display is that you will not be able to see it clearly when you view it under sunlight.
The phone is powered with Qualcomm 7227 600 MHz processor and you will not experience slowness while using the phone. The internal memory of the phone is 384MB and the external memory of the phone can read up to 32GB. HTC Desire is one of the most desirable phones of HTC. However, it has an uncanny resemblance to Google Nexus One. HTC Desire is by far the most powerful Android phones HTC has manufactured till date. HTC Desire has metal framing around the display and the back is made up of plastic. Hence, it does not appear to be a sturdy phone. The memory card and SIM card are placed beneath the battery; hence, you are required to take out the battery in order to access the microSD and SIM card.
The phone weighs 135g and appears to be bulky as it has got a 3.7 inch display screen that makes use of AMOLED technology. The display of the phone was not clearly visible under direct sunlight. The capactive touchscreen display measure 3.7 inches and has a display resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It also supports multi-touch. In the year 2008, HTC ruled the Windows Mobile smartphone arena and had launched the HTC Touch HD. The phone failed miserably as it could not play various multimedia formats. Now HTC is come up with a new version of the same phone, HTC HD2. Lets checkout what this phone has in store for HTC lovers.
HTC HD2 Leo is a thin phone which is rectangular in shape and sports a very huge display screen. HTC Google Nexus One is the first smartphone from Google. Even though the phone has been manufactured by HTC, there is no mentioning about it on the package. The nexus one phone measures 119mm in height and 59.8mm in width and weighs 130 grams with battery. The phone has a very beautiful WVGA AMOLED touch screen display that measures 3.7 inches diagonally. It has a display resolution of 800 x 480 pixels with 100,000:1 typical contrast ratio. The style and the elegance of HTC phones cannot be matched by any other brands. HTC Hero is considered to be one of the most advanced Android phones till now. When compared to iPhone, the homescreen kit and widgets of HTC Hero was found to be superior. Hence, this phone is tough competitor to Apple’s iPhone.
Available in two colors namely white and brown, HTC Hero looks stunning with an angled chin at the bottom. It is a slim phone and weighs only 135g. The design of the phone allows you to grip it well. The trackball is placed on the chin which allows you to easily navigate through it. The HVGA display of HTC Hero is of 3.2 inches and has a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels.
